(1) When registering a party in accordance with the Act and this regulation, the Commission shall keep a record in the party registration book with the following details:-
(a) Name of Party,
(b) Party Registration Number,
(c) Details of officers and members of the Central Committee at the time of party registration (including inclusive details),
(d) Officers and members of the Central Committee,-

(3) Address :-
(4) Citizenship Number :-
(5) District where citizenship was issued:-
(6) Date of issue of citizenship :-
(7) Incorporating details :-
(2) For the purposes of clause (d) of sub-rule (1), when keeping records of central officials and members, details of at least twenty-one members who are at the top of the list submitted by the party may be kept in the party registration record book and other details may be kept as prescribed by the commission.
